ONLINE ADMISSION FORM
THIS FORM IS FOR USE ONLY BY THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN ALLOTED B.Com, B.Sc,B.Sc(Honors), BA, BBA,BBA (Logistics) Courses at AV College of Arts Science and Commerce by Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST) for the Academic Year 2024-2025.
Process for filling the Online Admission form of selected candidates at AV College of Arts Science and Commerce within the dates stipulated by the DOST is as below:
STEP - 1
The following documents are required. Make sure that all Original Certificates plus one Xerox copy is available with you. Digital copies in PDF and /or Jpeg format are required for uploading while reporting online
● DOST allotment letter
● DOST Confirmation Letter
● Passport Size Photo (taken within past 6 months) (between 50 kb and 200 kb) .jpg only
● Intermediate Certificate /Marks list (between 100 kb and 200 kb) .jpg only
● SSC Certificate
● Transfer Certificate (TC) from last institution
● Migration Certificate (Other than TSBIE)
● Bonafide Certificate (From 4th Class to Intermediate)
● Caste Certificate (between 100 kb and 200 kb) .jpg only
● Income Certificate
● Aadhaar Card
● Physically Challenged Certificate if applicable
● Sports Certificate, if any
● NCC, if any
NOTE : To convert images(photo and Intermediate memo) to .jpg format, Click here
STEP - 2
Filling of the Online Admission form should be done by the candidate personally
Online form should be accessible on desktop or Laptop by going to the College website www avcollege.in and clicking on the link
OR
Filling of Online Application should be done in the college and using the computer facilities provided in the campus
NOTE : Online registration is best done through a Desktop or a Laptop. (Ensure PDF reader is available on the computer. Access to a printer scanner may be required to convert your documents to PDF and/or Jpg formats)

STEP - 3
• Enter the college website and proceed to the Online Application page
• Enter the relevant details as required and click CONTINUE
• Pay the application fee of ₹ 300/- (Three Hundred Rupees) through your mobile as per the instructions on the Payment page.
• Enter all payment details from the receipt and press continue to enter Application form
NOTE :Filling of the Online College application form is not a confirmation of your seat in A.V College of Arts,Science and Commerce
